What is Expected during a Home Tournament?

All parents are required to Volunteer to help run their own tournament.

Team Managers will be responsible for ensuring all required spots are filled and are responsible for filling the open spots if applicable.

Scorer- You are responsible for collecting and bringing the final score sheets back to the head table to be recorded at the completion of every game you are scoring.
Time Clock- you are responsible in ensuring the scoreboard is cleared and running properly after every completed game. The next person scheduled will be asked to be at the score clock 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the game to enter in all information regarding the games and getting the warm up times entered for the games.
Music/Lights- Music and Lights are played during warm ups, muted after they are complete and only played during play stoppage during a game. Music is also played at the end of a completed game until the next game has started. 

During a Tournament, players that are not playing are able to keep their bags down by the Skate Sharpening area while parents are fulfilling their scheduled shift.

Parents please be at the Arena 30 minutes prior to your scheduled shift incase the Tournament runs ahead of Schedule.

Your Team Manager will be your go to person to ensure all things are filled and you are not needed elsewhere.

Parents are also asked to help the week of a scheduled tournament to fill gift bags, collect raffle baskets, set up decorations and set up for the tournament the day before or morning of your scheduled tournament.
